1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignalCircle ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignalCircle provides trading signal alerts, automated trade execution tools, and educational resources for financial markets. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of profitability or specific results.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Signals are not guaranteed to be profitable
  • Market conditions can change rapidly
  • Automated trading carries additional risks
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Not share your account with others

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Share or resell access to the Service
  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SignalCircle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGNALCIRCLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignalCircle is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
